Hey there How was the trip to Disneyland?? Any pictures to share?
RYC: I use the microwave to melt my almond bark. I put a whole package of almond bark in a glass bowl and heat it for one minute and then stir. I'll put it back in for about 15 seconds at a time if it isn't completely melted. I don't add anything to the almond bark (no shortening or anything...I only add that to the chocolate chips). I have had it to harden up on me like that if I tried to add food coloring or something....so I learned my lesson about that...haha...but if all you're doing is melting it, I'm not sure why it got hard on you. Maybe try using chocolate chips instead (or white chips, if you want white coating.)
RYC: you are right, Les is VERY entertaining! i love watching him sing. i can't believe you've never met stephen, but then again he really doesn't get away from the joplin area that much. he's ken's oldest and he married billy dickinson's daughter mandy. they have 2 really sweet girls.
What's up???? Are you back from Disney yet??? We are getting so excited about our trip to Disney World in December. We have been going to the Disney store and buying little things to get us excited about the trip. Can't wait to see your pics.
