Now Monte's chances of going to a bowl game are much less since I don't think we'll be able to do the championship game in New Orleans!! Oh well - it's a sacrifice I'm sure my husband is willing to make since he's a "team player"! ha!
On another note:
For all of you that know my sweet sister Rachel -- she is turning 40 THIS THURSDAY!!!
If you think you can get a card in the mail soon enough you can send it to MY physical address and I will give it to her Thursday night. OR if you don't think you have time, maybe you can just e-mail me or message me a sentiment and I can print it out and pass it on! Message me if you need my physical address. THANKS!

ryc: That rocking chair isn't at Branson Landing. It is at some other shopping area. We had a great time in Branson. This is the first time that we have ever been up there in the fall. We normally only go in the summer...Yes, we will be at the New Year's mtg. I will for sure be there the first night (i am bringing cookies), and the last two nights. I didn't get to see you last year, so I am looking forward to seeing you this year.

ryc: I was wondering if y'all were going to go to the Cotton Bowl since you were going to be so close. Andy said that will be a good bowl game to watch. Andy is trying to talk me into going to the OU bowl game. But I just don't want to drive there. =)
Hello!! again..Hope you had a great weekend....I hope you have pictures of Rachel's birthday bash....I'm dreading my next birthday..I'll be 40 as well..I'm not dreading it because I'm turning 40..I'm dreading it because my family here keeps making little remarks ..like oohh your turning 40 on your next birthday..thats right..hmm......so I guess I'll have to grin and bear it..hahaha..
ryc: No we don't have a play room. But we need one with all the stuff they have. :) Andy wanted to make the extra bedroom a play room but I wasn't fond of the idea. I wanted to make it a guest room (I got my way on that one). Hope you are having a good Monday.
RYC: I would love to do a xanga girls luch! Way fun! I think our hotel resv. start on Sat. but I don't know when we are gettting there. Maybe we'll drive to Bart's mom's house Friday and then not have such a long drive on Sat. ? Hmm . . . I dunno. If Sat. was the best day for a luch I would plan on being there anyway.

About Mizzou, Bart had talked for a long time about taking the boys to a game and we just never got it done, but THEN we had such a phenominal year we had to go for the last home game! It was a lot of fun. But it would have been more fun if it hadn't been soosoo packed! It was shoulder to shoulder in there!! *crazy* I'm glad Monte gets to go to the Cotton Bowl that will be a hoot!! Happy Birthday to you guys (way belated)!!! I totally didn't get a message to you in time for Rachel's! *uuggghhhhh* I was so mad at myself!!! School stuff has been nuts these last few weeks! Oh, are Greg and Rachel coming out too? Hope so.
Did you see the thing on the Silhouette at QVC? It really is a decent deal. I used the gift card that came with it the other day to buy some more shapes online and they had a buy one get one free! I was proud of myself making my "free" card go even further. lol
RYC: The snowmen cookies were shortbread cookies covered in white chocolate. Then the tops of the cookies were dipped in white chocolate that I colored blue to make the hats. Then I did all the facial features with royal icing. The peppermint cake was a dark chocolate fudge cake with peppermint frosting, and peppermint M&Ms on the top, and then chocolate dipped peppermint sticks around the sides.
No, we won't be at the NYM this year. We are leaving today for Disney World in FL, so I don't think I could handle another trip that quick, although I'd love to go to the NYM too. Shannon is leaving for CA on Dec. 19, which is the day after we get back from DW, so you'll be seeing her pretty soon!
RYC: The game she was playing was Leapfrog, but it was an old game called Leaps Phonics Pond.

ryc: I hated that I wasn't able to see you again at the NYM. I talked to Jessica (scrapsmama) and she said that y'all were there Sunday night and Monday morning. I wasn't able to come to either one of those services. :) Yes, we are huge OU fans. The game was really hard to watch last night. Did y'all have a good time at the Cotton Bowl? Mizzou sure looked good at their game. I thought of y'all when I saw they were winning big.
Ok, I saw your comment on my cousin, Tammy's, site about "who would have thought West Virginia could do it?" Well, DUH!!!!! We KNEW they would do it!!! :goodjob: You should have asked one of us who LIVE in West Virginia. We could have told you THAT! haha!

Wow, you must be really busy, it's not like you to go so long without updating.
RYC Emily is always joking around about how many times Delaney says actually. Once she started pointing it out, I started noticing how many times I said. It was making me crazy, now I know why she says it all the time!
She is pretty adoravle, right? I really like her a lot.
I think it's time for an update!!?? Hmmmm??
RYC: I'm feeling loads better! woohooo and no one else got it!:sunny: I will continue to keep an eye out for a digital cutter. I know QVC still has theirs at the special value price (last time I checked) and I discovered that it also doodles. You can put in a ballpoint pen and it will draw - I haven't tried that yet but I will. 
RYC: No I don't think we're going to make it to the Feb. 1st dinner. I was all excited about going to it and then I realized I am going to a work conference in Roseville that day and won't be back until late! The three of us have been sick since Sunday so we will not be at church tonight. My doctor wants to take me off work next week...I am HAPPY about that!
RYC: We got the bulb syringe and the saline drops/ spray! Her highest fever was 102.1! And with Tylenol it was 100.9....she's over the fever now, just fussy!
